The Core is made of Aluminium or Cast Iron Drum. It is the heart of the Rolls that we manufacture at Mahalaxmi to ensure those thousands spins that our Rolls clocks serve just one purpose, minimum breakage, maximum output and superior quality.

The bonding agents are then applied over the drum using Highly Accurate Automatic Machines to lay the fine Rubber to De husk the Rice. Every material used in manufacturing the Rubber Rolls is selected with careful consideration and multiple tests by our Best Technical Team. Hardness Can be customized as per the requirement.
