Darshan Lal Manchanda, a visionary, for seeing early on how the rice industry would flourish and the essential raw material to support its production would need an enormous boost, set out to set up a manufacturing plant to manufacture Rolls and Cones to help Rice Companies meet the demands for today, tomorrow and the New India.
Jayant joined Mahalaxmi Rubbers in 2004 and brought in new manufacturing machines - Dispersion Kneader, Autoclave and streamlined manufacturing process to boost production. Under his leadership, the business grew by more than 200% within a few years.
A third generation entrepreneur, Raghav is an experienced Rubber Technologist from Indian Rubber Institute and specializes in Quality & Process. Under his leadership, the manufacturing output has grew by 30% M-o-M and charted new territories to conduct business. He's also responsible for Quality and QC, setting up of in-house Lab for Testing, R&D.
